question about menzerna polishes?

On what speed should i set my PC using IP and FP? Also, what kind of pad should i use with the FP? I have meguiars pad w7000, w8000 and w9000. Any recommended procedure to properly work them? I heard that they`re very hard to remove. The reason i bought menzerna is because i heard a lot of good things about it and i wasn`t very happy with Meguiars SFP. It was a pain to remove and left my paint more hazy than the DACP did.

There is a slight learning curve to the Menzerna twins, but they have become my favorite compounding products.
