I rented a 2 stall bay to do my work in for the months ahead. Only problem is that it`s connected to a bodyshop. I need to find products that are silicone free(dressings, sealers, wax, etc.). What is out there for this type of situation. I`m checking with Malco and Clean Brite this week to see what they have to offer.

You might want to check with your Meguiar`s distributor. Meg`s classifies their products as to whether or not they are "Body Shop Safe".
Meguiar`s statement that a product is O.K. around their shop would probably carry a lot of weight with most body shops.
Just a little CYA that might be beneficial.

I`m assuming Clean Brite was meant to be Car Brite? I use Car Brite degreasers and cleaners and they are excellent chemicals, and very cheap I might add, great for those that do a lot of vehicles.

rollman.....I`m located in MN.

ABCDetail....you`re right, I ment Car Bright. My brother uses their line at a dealership he works for and says that it`s great stuff. I`m waiting to talk to a rep. later this week.

No over spray issues to deal with. It`s a seperate garage with an office and waiting area in between. Perfect set up for a perfect price.
