Automatic Carwash Question

Hey all,



Is it possible for vinyl trim around windows, and underneath windsheild wipers to become a white-faded looking color after going through 1 touch-free carwash?

Do you use any kind of dressing on these parts?



Its probably wax residue.



Worst case scenario is the touch-free`s detergents were so strong they stripped the dye out of the plastic, but I doubt that...

Have you given any thought to taking the car back to the car wash?



That way you can give them a chance to see what you suspect.
