The clay is excellant. I am not familiar with Body Shine. Nevertheless, if you are planning on using Body Shine as a lubricant for the clay, it is probably ok.

I love Clay Magic`s clay! But I`ve I only used it with their lubricant, so can`t comment on Body Shine. Also I`ve been very happy with Mother`s clay and the Autopia clay.
Congratulations on discovering clay. But be forewarned: it could change your life. First time I used it -- on what I thought was a smooth, pristine paint finish -- I was BLOWN AWAY by the improvement!

They work very well together, both clay bar and body shine. Just be sure to read a couple of forums to learn how to use it ;)

Clay Magic is great. Like Scottwax said the QD is middle of the road.

Clay magic is the best. Also it is cheap (<$10 at Walmart for 100 gm bar kit).

Yeah, and you can take credit for "converting" me to clay. I had no intention of using it until you talked me into it. I couldn`t believe all that junk that came off my brand new car. Since then, I`ve kept the clay bar around because it helps to pick off little bits of debris that adhere to the car during day-to-day driving. For example, yesterday, I parked a little too close to a pole in a parking garage. I got a little white plaster on my bumper that would not come off with washing. So, I got out the clay bar and it came right off without a hint of damage to the bumper.
