Can I use Zymol QD as a pad lubricant?

I`m just trying to find a good use for my Zymol QD, its been sitting around for awhile...

Most QDs are mostly water, but the little wax that’s in them makes an ideal lubricant for pads or clay.

More expensive than water but each to his own

If I remember Geekysteve`s writing correctly, water does not really lubricate or reduce product strength, but actually does the opposite and makes the product stronger.



If I wanted to lubricate a PC pad I would use QD because it is inherently slippery and is designed for that purpose.

Yeah, my feelings exactly. Water DOES make many abrasive products more aggressive. I use it (intentionally) for that purpose and it can really make a difference.
