Nothing is different. You`d use the same tools, products, and techniques as you would on clearcoated paint. Any differences will be determined by paint condition and expected results, not paint type.

There have been several discussions on polishing/detailing single stage paint. You might want to run this search (http://www.autopia.org/forums/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=246688&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending) -- it`ll turn up lots of relevant posts for you to read. (I know the search engine has its limitations, but it usually can turn up more info than any single query typically will.) You may have more specific questions once you read thru some of those.

BTW, what is the car you`re working on that has this paint?

The only thing I would add to this thread is before doing the entire car with your products and procedures of choice, is to first do a little "Test Spot", with each of the products your going to use, in the order in which your going to use them, and the method of application.

Then wipe off the LSP and inspect.

If it looks good, repeat to entire car.

If it looks bad, then stop and figure out a new plan of attack.
