Saw a Black & Decker waxer / buffer at Target?..Anything worth looking at buying?

Hi everyone...I was at Target yesterday and noticed in the tool section that Black & Decker had a little handheld about 5 - 8" round waxing buffer with a blue sponge and wool pad. ..Anyone see this ? Will it damage the car..the cost is low, so I wanted to ask you guys first..Thanks..lance

Was it a Scum Buster? I don`t think it`s for paint, but rather for cleaning carpets and such. A few pro`s here seem to swear by it.
