Please help me out here. My futile search efforts aren`t helping me much it seems.

1) What are all the distributors/vendors/stores I can buy Poorboy`s EX and Platinum Ultimate Paint Protection from? And who has the best deal(s) on these products?

2) Are both of these flexible enough that you can go outside their own "system" and use whatever prep & toppings & QD you want? My impression so far here at Autopia is that both PUPP & EX are flexible, compared to something like Zaino & Klasse SG. So if I were to experiment with either the EX or PUPP, I just need to buy ONE bottle of each company`s product, right? LOL :D

3) I haven`t seen too much in terms of formal reviews on either of these. They were both absent from guru reports wax test and there was not much in the Autopia review section. How is the *durability* of these two sealant/polymer protectants?

Thanks guys!

1. Poorboys (http://www.poorboysworld.com/) and PUPP (http://el1snako.tripod.com/id180.htm)

2.I believe the answer is YES. You should have no problems using other mfr`s products for the preparatory steps.

3. While never having used PUPP (yet), I am very, very pleased with the EX from Poorboy`s. It`s even holding up great on my daily driver which really pleases me.

You can get them both at premiumautocare.com (http://www.premiumautocare.com) if you want to save yourself some shipping.

I like both products very much. UPP is slicker, but it does have to stay on the paint for 45-60 minutes before wiping off. EX looks a little deeper and you can wipe off the excess after just a few minutes. Both have a wet look to them.

My experience has been that both work well with my normal prep (Meguiars Swirl Free and either Vanilla Moose, PwC or even AIO) and stay slick for a long time.
