I just used the 5" "flex" plate from CMA. It worked well, using the 6" counterweight, using 6" (Lake) pads.



Otherwise, one PC has a PC 18002 6" pad and the other has, uhm, I forget, but it`s a solid 6" velcro pad.

I am using the velcro backing plate that came with my Meguiar`s Soft Buff pad kit.

I use the 6" velcro backing plate made by porter cable. I have used another pc with the regular 5" backing plate, and the velcro started to come off after a few uses.
