View Full Version : as promised before`s & after`s

Hi all,

As promised here are some before and after shots of my dad`s car`s trunk lid. It had some pretty bad scratches on the trunk lid.



I used 3M Fine Cut , then 3M SMR. I`m not entirely ecstatic, but it`s a good phase 1 of 2. I think if I had a better cutting pad, my results would have been better. I topped it off with some z2.



I plan on really working at it in another 3-4 mths, but for now I think the results are satisfactory as there are but a few imperfections.

All i have to say is I OWE TO YOU ALL OF YOU, YES ALL OF YOU ON THIS BOARD ! It is all your wonderful tips and help have guided me to a PC -aholic :D
