Just received (as a gift) 12 flannel towels. They are (I believe) from pepboys and are yellow with red trim. What are they good for, any specific use or whould I just use them to clean my wheels and then chuck them?

I keep one in my interior for dust. It`s cheaper than a Microfiber and does a decent job.

I know the ones you are talking about. Just wash them first before you use them.
I use them in the interior, wheels and little nooks and crannies that need wiping or dressing.
I don`t use them on the body (only MF`s) except maybe on the front and rear bumper areas.
They are a nice all purpose rag to have around. They may be a little delicate for the engine.

You can get the same ones at Trader Joe`s (if they are in your area yet) as well for a good price. They eat dust. My 2 cents.
