On my car, the door trim is not chrome moulding but a *shadowline trime*. It`s a matte black finish with a clearcoat that has a satin black sheen to it.
It looks great when clean and polished BUT it doesn`t last. For some reason, this area always gets dull real quick and water stains just love showing up on this vs. the rest of my *jet black car*.
Anyone familar with what I`m talking about. What product do ya`ll recommend. Just finished waxing the car and I didn`t do a prep (just wash/wax). I`m going to need to takle the the door trim tomorrow with some SMR just to bring the gloss back to it. This is the only piece of the car that never seems to last....
