Dealers are Out Of Control for emblem replacement?

Like $25-50 bucks a pop.

Anyone know where you can get nice one inch heavy chrome letters other than the dealer?

thx

Try the posting over on clubb5.com .. someone posted a site over there a couple weeks ago. I know one for the Vw.. but that doesn`t help you much. Found it .. he does custom stuff too

Try ebay, emblems come up on there all the time. Probably stolen

Got brand new Coupe Deville emblems from Ebay about three years ago. Check it frequently and they might just come up.

What make/model of car are you looking to get emblems for? Might help narrow down the search.

Sorry, let me clarify. Just looking for assorted letters not emblems.

I`ve not seen many places that will sell individual letters, but then again, I never really looked. If it`s VW, AUDI or BMW badges you are interested in, look at.

That link that was posted does do assorted letters. I emailed them and asked them how much a couple sets would be and they got right back to me. I thought it would be cool if I drove an Autopia GSR instead of an Acura GSR. :D Its a thought... Anyway, I`ve seen the AUTOBOT one before. The New Beetle that was at our Autopia Car Show a couple weeks ago had one of their badges on it. They do really nice work. Very high quality. I would check with them. Otherwise you are going to have to go through the dealership if you want OEM badges.

<grin> You could just go to any parking lot and "acquire" what ever letters / numbers you wanted --- All you would need is a good screwdriver ......

Just kidding ...
