Ok, I host a poker night at my house just about once a week. Now, a few of the guys are wanting to play blackjack. How would you recommend I set this up? I have never played blackjack at a house before. Should I just bankroll as the house and take their loses and pay their winnings and just hope I come out on top or what? I mean, odds are for the house right and all.

There`s a great book about the MIT blackjack team called "Bringing Down the House." It`s an awsome book worth the read. I know that didn`t have much to do with your question, but I just read the book and loved it that much.

Oh, and they won millions of dollars, so watch out for card counters!
