Paint Overspray

I had my 72 Porsche repainted and the work is good other than the paint feels rough. I assume this is overspray so I washed the car and then used red claymagic with #34 but i still feel the roughness. Am i missing something as i went over the panels 2-3

times and while not as rough they still are not the glass smooth I

have seen discussed. I`m currently limited to hand use products and would love any suggestions. Thanks

You would be able to see over spray. Look at the paint in semi sunlight from about 2 inches away. Do you see different color specks?



Do you see bumpy paint, like there is dust trapped under the paint & clearcoat?



Reason I ask is normally you can easily point out overpsray.
