Nobody. You can check bike shops for S100 or you can order P21S online. There are many stores that will ship to Canada if you call them and make arrangements for it. tacscar.com and premiumautocare.com are two that I know of. properautocare.com has been known to send to Canada too. I think properautocare.com sells S100 now. I thought I heard that somewhere. hawgwash.com does and that is the same as properautocare.

is s100 better that ps21? i have a harley davidson dealer local to my area so might check them for s100, having said that i am from UK so not sure if they would stock the product!

S100 is the same thing. Most HD dealers in the UK sell S100. You can also buy online from Alex for about 15 pounds
