All Scratched Up!!!

My young neighbor took his Black Mitsubishi Eclipse to the local coin operated car wash yesterday. When he washed his car, he used the brush that was sitting at the car wash to apply the soap to his car. He was thinking that he would get his car cleaner this way. After getting the car home and drying it, the car is covered with scratches/swirls marks.



He now wants to know how to reduce/hide them by hand. I thought I would first suggest to wash and dry the car by hand, clay bar it (mothers), go over the car with California Gold Scratch Remover, in a back and forth/top to bottom motion, then follow up with some Mothers Carnauba wax. Any one else have any other suggestions?

Try some polish, if it seems to work but slowly just use a more aggresive product. If the scratches are deep (get caught on your finger nail) then do what you can but don`t stress about them, they are probaly too deep.



The swirls will come out for sure.
