Is Megs Gold class wax a synthetic sealant or a conventional carnabua/mix wax?

If its a syn sealant, any special procedure that should be followed different from other sealants to apply it?

My search did not provide definate results on some of these issues.

Thanks!

gold class wax is a cleaner wax. A one step product that will last a few weeks. Better off with something like a pure wax like #26.

The Meguiar`s Gold Class is a synthetic carnauba hybrid/blend. Not fully a synthetic and not purely a carnauba. It has cleaners in it.

For some quick sprucing up of dark paints, the GC is the ticket. The durability of it isn`t anything great though, low average at best.

My 2 cents

Such hybrid products seem to be all the rage these days it seems...... there are more of them out on the market now than there use to be AFAIK.
