Here are some pics taken after Saturday`s detailing. I tried a couple new things:

First, I tried the "clay while you hose the car" trick. I didn`t like it. First off you get really wet. Second, the clay kept sticking to the surface and then it would leave some residue that would have to cleaned off. Next time I`m going to try the water/car shampoo mix as a lube.

Next I used some S100 SEC for the first time. Wow, I really like the results. I topped with a coat of Blitz (have S100 on order, that will be used next time). I think this the best the car has looked this summer. I especially like the rear quarter shot, my favorite spot is where the C-pillar blends in with the rear fender.

I took a shot of the hood (and before anyone posts the question, "Hey, what color is that car?" It`s white :D :D ) I know it can`t compete with Amp`s hood shot, but at least I managed to get reflections in a white car.

Well maintained, very nice. I really like SEC also. Did you do the SEC by hand? If by hand what applicator did you use?

Nice job. I`m almost ready to take pics of my m3. I`ve been detailing for the past week and it`s looking pretty good. I only wish my paint was in as good condition as yours. When I bought it, the car was dirty, so I couldn`t tell that there were so many tiny dents and chips off the bumper and hood. :(

Thanks guys! I did SEC with the PC and a white pad. Real easy, just ran it at about 3.5 on the speed dial, a couple of passes over the area and then microfiber it off.

My car has a ton of small nicks in the front spoiler area, but they aren`t easy to see until you are up close. I`m planning on doing some driving schools with it, so I fully expect more of that. Maybe someday I`ll have the front end shot and really make it perfect again.
