Can Meguiar`s #20 Sealant be layered??

It supposedly has mild cleaners, but i`m not convinced they remove all or even some of the previous coat. I have noticed a slightly better look after applying for a second time. The improvement was not large enough to attempt a third layer. This has been discussed before in depth.

A search will reveal that many people have asked this question. The bottom line is that some (including myself) have observed an improvement in shine, and some have not. The cleaners are very mild, not even as strong as AIO, so there is probably some layering, but not like a non-cleaning product like Klasse SG, or Zaino.
