I have been using the PC 7336 for almost a year with good results. However, I now want perfection (Thanks Autopians....) so I am really thinking of buying a polisher. I have read the threads about the drawbacks of using this maching vrs the PC but at some point there must be a time when you feel you can handle it. I want to use it for very light scratches and swirls that just cant be removed with the PC. If I am careful is this machine really that unforgiving?

Thank you

I bought a dewalt rotory before I knew about the PC. I now own both and prefer the PC. But, when I need to do some real damage I grab the dewalt. My advice is to practice, practice, practice. I experimented on friends, parents, girlfriends, and company vehicle prior to using it on my own. :nixweiss Definately read the rotory threads. They have helped tremendously. Oh yeah, watch out for the gas tank door!!!!!
