Crazy film while windows rolled down

This is strange, can somebody solve this??



Starting with a clean car, clean glass.... If I roll the front windows down, and wait a few minutes, I roll them back up only to find the outsides have a really nasty film near the front. ???? Mostly the front windows, and more so on the driver side. I don`t smoke in the car, can`t understand.. It`s like there`s something in the door itself contaminating my windows.

Its prolly something thats sat in the outside window seals.



My biggest pain is when I`m doing windows I wind them down to do the top edges and when i wind them up again it leaves water all over the glass!!
