Well, a week or so ago, I noticed a thread where a fellow Autopian was asking for some help. Cody (thevolvoguy) and I replied and we made an appointment from there.

We did a full detail on Jim`s (zyx5432) 1.5 month old H2. I`ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story...

Sweet! There`s a guy in my neighborhood who owns two H2`s..his is "arrest me yellow", his wife`s is silver...he`s been looking over every time I am detailing a vehicle, I hope he stops in!

Let`s see...

It took us only about 3.5 hours for a full detail. It was very clean and brand new. The owner is Autopian after all! :D

We did notice the terry cotton towles in all the pockets of the car. Good job zyx5432! :D

What did you use for cleaning and treating the plastic cladding?

Are you guys located in Pflugerville? That looks like the Blackhawk neighborhood(Ryland Homes).

I used AIO, belive it or not. We had some Mothers B2B but I have found AIO to work awesome on black plastic.

Thanks for all the comments. I have to correct Miguel though, the full detail took us from 4:45 to about 8:45. So around 4 hours all in all. Not bad for a black hummer.

As for the process we used, since the paint was new, we touched up with the clay bar. It was not nesecerry at all on 99% of the car. I then follwed up with K AIO w/ the PC, and Jim wanted a topper on the Klasse, so I decided to top the AIO with Souveran instead of SG to get that carnauba depth.

Shadow Man - No, Jims neighborhood is outside of Houston. Miguel and I are based in the W. Houston area, near Katy.

We actually stayed back a few minutes to see if it could fit in the garage. :D

And yes, he had about an inch of clearance, but it fit. And now he has a 1 car garage! :lol

Thats his wifes `02 (?) RX. Jim said he would have us detail that one at a later date.
