Well I finally finished my detail, should have pictures up tomorrow. I used 3M Glaze/Swirl Remover for Dark Cars and PUPP. Car looks awesome. I must say the polish and PUPP had very little residue. I used to use Mequiars Cleaner/Wax all the time and had a hell of a time removing all the dust afterward. This stuff was easy on, easy off. :bounce :bow :bounce :bow

A question, I have a 2002 Maxima. Is PUPP safe to use on the headlights (clear plastic) and the taillights (smoked plastic)? I saw it had mineral spirits and am a little worried to take it into the sun tomorrow. Thanks! (Pics to come!!)

I`ve gotten it on my tail lights before and it hasn`t hurt them. I don`t deliberatly polish my lenses with it, but I`ve never had a problem wiping it off. You should be fine. :xyxthumbs

^^^

Thanks! You should try it. They were kinda hazy before but now they are very clear. I generally use a plastic cleaner on them once a month but the PUPP really made them shine. :)

I use AIO on my headlights. Most people don`t care for their headlights like they should. I love a nice polished headlight though. :D

This one isn`t mine, but he uses AIO too. Gotta clean that grime off before you can get them to shine properly. ;)

Wow! Very nice. The headlights are the first thing I notice. Don`t care too much for cloudy/scratchy headlights.

Here is mine. Wish I had taken a pic in the sun since the disposable camera I had is horrible at night time photos.

Nice headlights, dude. :bigups Are those factory? They look different than I thought they were. Very clear though. Nice. Are yours glass or plastic? Mine are plastic. I`d love glass though. Just too darn expensive.

Yup, they are factory plastic. The plastic, when clean and free of fog/scratches looks almost like glass. Wish I had some pics in the sun...it really looked great today.

I also removed all the wheels and cleaned them inside and out. Sprayed them with some simple green along with the brake hardware. Then finished up the wheels with some Eagle Wax As You Dry (that stuff is great).
