While we were rennovating our garage 5 or 6 years ago, there were two florescent lights casings taken down and stowed away because we had drop down ceilings and lights integrated into the ceiling.
5 years later, I complained to my dad that the garage is pretty dark, especially when I`m working on the car. So he took the two florescent lights casings and he installed it where I needed the lights most. Here`re some pics:

The lights are controlled independently via light switch in the ceiling beside the lights. Very clever idea!
