I have a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII which is Opal Opalescent (pearl white). What product can I use on this and my other white cars to get a great shine?

The paint is in real good shape and I prefer NOT to use multiple steps if possible.

Thanks in advance.

I have very good luck with Mothers Reflections, its one step and gives my white car the wet look.

Bob,

Thanks for your reply. Can Mothers Reflections be purchased at an autoparts store or discount store like K-Mart or Walmart?

Thanks again

Forrest from Mothers reads this forum all the time and he can tell you where you can find it in your area.

It`s hard to find here in ca.

I see Reflections for sale at Pep Boys. Also check out Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone. Good stuff for a one-step.

Pep Boys is your best bet in GA. They have a warehouse in Atlanta, and lots of stores in the state.

Thanks guys for your help. Mothers Reflections seems to be the answer.

Can I apply the Mothers Reflections over Zymol Cleaner Wax?

The Mark VIII was waxed 2 weeks ago and looks good, but I would like a deeper shine.

The car only gets used about 3000 miles per year and is garaged.

Thanks again

S100 works awesome on my white car.

I would say Zaino, but S100 requires less steps, so I defenetly would recomend that for a white car.

Larry, check out this thread by another person looking for an all in one type of product. Some very good discussion and suggestions in this thread: http://www.autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24192

You technically could put Reflections over the Zymol, but I wouldn`t bother since they`re both cleaner waxes and one would probably remove the other.

I would not recommend S100 or Zaino (or a lot of the popular products mentioned at Autopia) because they should be used with at least 1 preparation product beforehand. For someone who doesn`t want a lot of fuss with keeping the car waxed and looking decent a good cleaner wax is probably the way to go.... unless you don`t mind 1 extra step of course. ;)

Also look at Jngrbrdman`s gallery. He has a modern white car and awesome shine/reflection.
