One quick one...Can I use the orange power pad from CMA with DACP?

Yup. You can use any pad with DACP really. It just depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Swirl removal by machine is really a combination of product and pads. You may take longer using a softer finishing pad than an orange pad but I`m sure that eventually you would be able to remove them. Anyway, I`d still say that you can use DACP with the CMA orange pad.
