1) What are you using to clean/protect your convertible tops?

2) What have you had success with cleaning/protecting your plastic window? And is that the same product you`d use on your headlight covers?

3) What`s recommended for the dash?

Any and all feedback is appreciated!!

1) What are you using to clean/protect your convertible tops?RaggTopp (http://www.wolfsteins.com/raggtopp/) is recommended by Haartz (http://www.haartz.com/Consumer_Info/Consumer_Info_Main_Page.htm), the supplier of the top’s fabric. Vacuum the top frequently! Only wash when really needed.

2) What have you had success with cleaning/protecting your plastic window? And is that the same product you`d use on your headlight covers?Plexus (http://www.plexusplasticcleaner.com/frames.html) is great for routine maintenance. Novus (http://www.novuspolish.com/) for dealing with scratches in the plastic.

3) What`s recommended for the dash?Vinyl is non-organic and doesn’t need any special care - don’t believe all the advertising hype! Use a cloth dampened with most any mild cleaner for cleaning and then a wipe with 303 Aerospace Protectant (http://www.303products.com/home.htm) for ultraviolet shielding.

<CENTER><font size=2>Never drive with the top up! If it’s cold, wear more clothes! If it’s raining, drive faster! Always wave at other roadsters!</font></CENTER>

NickT,

Thanks for the feedback! Have you tried the new Meguiar`s PlastX plastic cleaner/conditioner?

Nope - I can`t see any way to improve on the products that I`m presently using. They`re easy to use and do exactly what they are supposed to do.
