Stupid question, but what makes the PC so much safer then circular polishers. On CMA`s website theres a circular polisher for 99.00 but the PC is 149.99.

Well a rotary spins in a circle at high rpms. A PC or also known as a random orbital buffer osciliates(sp?) and jiggles hehehe he said jiggle. The rotary will create swirls and burn paint if you do not keep it moving. The PC just kind of takes the corners off of scratches so light doesnt catch them as much. The rotary will actually wear the clear coat down and remove them. Ever sice I got a rotary I dont use my PC for anything but polishing. Hope this helps!
