My father has a 1992 Ford F-150 with one of those factory-installed plastic bedliners. His problem is that he spilled a gallon or so rather messily all over the bed , and it splattered around to the top of the sides, so that the paint is nice and greasy, water-beading included. I have scolded him harshly, but now it`s my job to get it OFF, as I`m the only one in the family with the tools and ability to remove said fuel. Trouble is, friends, that I know of nothing that would work. He also was kind enough to smudge the mint interior with grease, but I`m hoping some P21 TAW will get that out. Any idea about the plastic bedliner and sides? My plan was to Meguiar`s 1, 2, & 3 the thing on Wednesday, but I would like to know if anybody has better ideas to tackle the job.:scared :argue

Dawn should take care of it. Apply, let sit for a little while and reapply the soap solution to keep it wet. Agitate with an old wash mitt or something you can throw in the garbage after. Then rinse. Should be gone. :up

Hmm I Would try to Dawn wash it or use some simple green Degreaser At the worst Case use Rubbing Alchoal and it will come right off .

also I would say use something better than total auto wash for the interior, maybe get some prestone carpet cleaner or something for it. I`ve been impressed with its performance on many an occasion.
