Why? Because it gives you self pleasure that you made a difference, especially with before and after pics.

Hmmm I don`t know if I love detailing, I just love a nice clean car :) If I had the choice of snapping my fingers and making it look brand new, rather than spending 2 days detailing it from front to back, I think i`d just snap my fingers ;)

Detailing gives me a sense of accomplishment...I take pride in my work...plus it *REALLY* is therapeutic for me -- helps me relax...nothing like mellow tunes and a tasty beer while detailing...

Cause Golf Is So Dammmmm Agggrivating!!
I stink. So after my stinky round of golf, detailing my car makes me feel like I shot a 69. LOL.

There are many reasons as to why i love detailing... they are outlined below. (in no particular order)
1) It gives me a sense of relaxation.. I feel at peace with the world when detailing.. my family leaves me alone, and all i care about is getting the car clean
2) as mentioned above, i LOVE a clean car.. driving places, picking friends up, going to parties, and rolling up in a freshly washed and waxed car draws the attention i crave
3) Money.... `nuf said
4) I get to work on my tan while detailing...and dont even notice how tanned i get since i lose track of time...
just my feeings on why i love detailing
On a side note.. Clean Dean: What did u use/do to remove those stains on those seats?
I began detailing for the pure joy of it all. Now it is more for the challenge of getting better. Especially at paint restoration, since I have the cleaning part and interiors down to a science.

Dean - the interior looks awesome!
What did you use on the seats and carpet???
For me detailing is just therapy - keeps me off prescription drugs.
Kinda like gardening for some people.
I guess I like driving a shiny car too:xyxthumbs
