After washing my car today, I notice there are A LOT of round spots on everywhere. What could it be and how to remove it ???

Sounds like crop circles. Watch the movie, "Signs" for help in removing them.
Seriously, no one here can suggest what to so unless we can see them. Can you post some really good pics of the damage?
Hmm, more description and some ideas of what you think they might be would help. Could be something related to water drying....
