Where to find

Does anybody know where I can find a white letter paint pen, it recolors raised white letters and whitewall tires. I have seen them for sale but I can`t remember where. Preferably online,

I`d imagine a local PepBoys/ auto parts store would have it.

I have a friend who buys the paint pens from a model car show and paints his letters white.
