Well I detailed my Mustang GT for the first time this year this summer. I just wated to show it off a little and here some responses positive or negative. Click for pics (http://community.webshots.com/album/71355470cVpVCW)

I have been reading this board a lot lately and learned a lot just by reading. I know my car is not perfect but I tried hard. I hope one dauy be able to detail like many of you on this board. The only thing I still really have problems with is the wheel wells. Any advice on this would be appreciated. I have searched and read about them but I am still not getting them even clean.

Looks sharp!! :up

The best thing about Autopia is that all this info helps guys like you refine their techniques and methods. Your car prolly looks better than 90% of the GT`s on the road. Getting it past the other 10% is hard work but worth the effort.

As for wheelwells, the only way I get them clean to my satisfaction is by removing the wheel/tire and doing it by hand. I use a couple of brushes, an old wash mitt, and all purpose cleaners to get it done. I follow up by detailing it with a protectant. It doesn`t last but they sure look good while they`re clean.
