my Wheels Lock Nuts have rusted .. HOw to get rid of the rust ...

Hi the lock Nuts for my wheels have rusted inside and its kinda difficult to get my fingers in to rub it with ScratchX to get rid of the rust .. anyone have any good ideas on how to remove it ? Can dip it into anything?

You could bring it into a machine shop and have them sandblast it for you. Are the lugnuts off the car?

Off the car? As in have I taken them out yet? nope :D cause I planning to purchase a second hand set of RIMS (wheels) from my friend but his lock nuts have rusted ... so was wondering how to get rid of it .. :D I still have not gotten the wheels yet .. :D
