I need help! I want to add something between klasse glaze and Souveran. I have a 1996 bluish green 850 Volvo. I want to make sure everything bonds. I`m looking for a wet look. HELP!

I think if you check most people`s methods you`ll see a lot of us use Souveran (or P21s, etc.) directly over SG with very good results.

How many layers of SG do you have? I would think that more layers would help in a similar (but not identical) way a true glaze would. It`s been said to top out at like 5 or 6 coats though....

Although it`s getting worn now, and my car is on the opposite end of the colour spectrum, I was quite happy with the look of the combo I list below. I considered it "wet", but such a judgement is in the eye of the beholder. YMMV

Thanks guys, I like the # 26 then Souveran idea, but does 26 have any cleaner, and do I need to let it cure overnight before applying Souveran?

you can try 3M IHG or MEG hand glaze then souveran. and it`s always a good idea to let wax cure. how long i don`t know but i usually do for 24 hour

No, #26 doesn`t have any cleaners and the paste is preferred for this job. The whole "does carnauba wax cure or not?" thing is hugely debatable. Some people do wax coats back to back, but a safe bet is to wait a day or so because some people say it improves in appearance slightly.

Keep in mind if you`re using Klasse right now, you can`t use IHG or any glaze over top of it....

CAPEFEAR- Another idea would be to try P21S/S100 over the SG. I find it gives a slightly "brighter" look than Souveran. Haven`t tried it over SG yet, but I think it might be the look you`re after.
