In response to a couple of requests, I`ve posted a few additional pix of the coupe in my Autopia gallery (http://www.autopia.org/gallery/showgallery.php?thumb=1&stype=2&si=Lynn&cat=500&perpage=12&sort=1&ppuser=3936) for anybody who might be interested.

LOL - absolutely not! Looks great, I love the classic Jags - their beautiful cars, that`s for sure, and it looks like you`re doing a fantastic job of keeping them beautiful!

Yep, it`s bragging. :D

But I would brag too if I was the Jaguar Clubs of North America National Champion in my class!!:xyxthumbs (She`s too humble to mention that!)

Take it from a Jaguar expert, folks, this is the highest annual honor you can get. And I believe Lynn did it her first year out. Wow!

The Championship trophy is awesome. Show us a picture, please. :bounce

Wow! Both cars are beautiful! Nice to see someone caring for classics so they don`t disappear.

Yeah, it sometimes feels like I`ve started a home for wayward XJ6Cs. Ah, if only I could expand and take in some of BradB`s cast-off XK150s ... then I`d be in hawg heaven.

Hang tight, Brad. The trophy just arrived a couple of weeks ago and :( I haven`t had anybody to take a pic. If you`re interested, I`ll try to arrange something.

:up :up Excellent!!!! :up :up

These are the first XJxxCs I`ve ever seen. I lived in the UK from `76-`79 and never saw one there either.

Wow! I am surprised! I would have expected there would be plenty over there "across the pond."

I know the coupe is fairly rare; I think the total production over the 3 years 75-77 was right around 6,000. I wonder how many of them are still alive & kickin`?

By the way, in the SC Concours picture, the car parked in front of mine is a UK XJ12C -- a real time-capsule Jaguar, and the only other coupe I`ve seen so far. The guy brought it over here from England, and it`s right-hand drive; he says he loves to take his dog for rides, letting the dog sit in the passenger seat (that would be the left, of course), and watch people do a double-take when they think the dog is driving the Jag. :lol
