Meguiars maroon pad or CMA yellow pad?

ronald_m- It`s been ages since I used the Meg`s maroon (and I get my yellow cutting pads from TOL; they`re PROBABLY the same), but I`d say they`re too close to call. It`s not like using one or the other will be the determining factor in whether or not you`ll need to follow up with a polishing pad. Get whatever`s convenient.

As I remember the Maroon has the stronger cutting action, the yellow is for finishing and is softer.

MBZ 500E- I could be mistake, but I think ronald_m wants comparisons between the cutting pads from two different manufacturers, i.e., Meg`s cutting pad (maroon) vs. Lake/CMA`a cutting pad (yellow).
