Golly, I was about to post one of those friendly reminders to check the Acronyms page. But ... sho`nuf, GEPC isn`t listed. Or, if it is, it`s buried somewhere that I also couldn`t find. :o

Gloss Enhancing Paint Cleanser.

Distributed by P21S.

SEC = Shine Enhancing Cleanser

Distributed by S100.

Have no idea who makes it and I`m not sure anyone else does, either.

Who cares? They are both good products.

GEPC = Gloss Enhancing Paint Cleanser. It is a paint cleaner (and, I understand, something of a glaze / light polish but you may wanna check me on that). Brought to you by P21S, the same guys that make that awesome wax.

So, would GEPC be safe to use on relatively new paint with no swirling, being that it is slightly abrasive and all????

GEPC similar in function to what the Klasse twins do? If not would you apply before/after Klasse?

i think GEPC would be somewhat more on the same lines of klasse AIO, i think..

IMO GEPC is somewhat less abrasive than AIO. Although I’ve used both many times, I’ve never done a side by side comparison. It’s also my opinion that AIO provides a better base for SG (sorta like Z-6 for Zaino) than prepping with another product. YMMV!

GEPC/SEC is a very light abrasive. It would be fine on a new car.

I would plan on the GEPC first (after wash, clay, wash and dry of course), then AIO, then SG.......maybe overkill, but excellent prep I would think.......

Yep it sure would..... .......it is very very slightly abrasive, in fact I think it is the best stuff for new paint.

I believe the bottle says any paint over 6 months old?
