I placed an order through email to Ranney and Pakshak after reading some great reviews here. I ordered a dozen 16x16 MF towels (4 of each color), he promptly sent me a total with shipping which I paid with Paypal. The next day I got an email from Ranney saying my order had been shipped and included my tracking number (this was Friday), well today my order arrives in a perfect undamaged box. Inside the box was three individual bags with the towels I ordered (packaged by color) along with a care/ instruction sheet in each bag. Also included was my invoice and 2 business cards (full color none the less) along with a hand written note thanking me for my order. Now thats what I call a first class operation! :bow
P.S. The towels are real nice too!:xyxthumbs

I placed an order with Ranney two weeks ago...yada yada yada, you know the rest of the story. Excellent service and a superior product.
(BTW, my wife has already "stolen" half the towels, time to order more)

I had the pleasure of trying out his 24x24 towels the past few days and they did not disappoint one bit! The bigger size takes a little getting used to, but they work great and I think these are the only size I`m going to order from him going forward.

Definately a top notch operation. I got 20 of the 16x16 towels a little while ago, and they all came in great packaging with the full color business cards and everything (don`t worry Ranney, they`ve been distributed :p) I`ve only used them once but I already love them.
