Interior Smell

I detailed a 94 linc. towncar and there is a stench in there that i can`t find. I checked under all the seats, dash and vents. It smells like vomit and it just seems to be in the air. Leather scent only worked for a few hours then the smell took over. How can i get rid of this smell?
