My grandmas Camry had the exact same problem on the windshield. I used Distilled water and Vinegar. I used a little more than a 50-50. More Vinegar than water. Used a terry cloth, because it is more abrasive.(dont use on paint) Then alot of elbow grease. Some i wasnt able to remove, but i got rid of most of them.



You can also try a good cleaner wax. I have used Mothers California Gold Cleaner wax on the hood of my truck and that worked well with them. Some were not removed, but were hidden.



If they have been there a long time. it may be really hard to remove them, damn near impossible because they have probably etched into the paint.
