removing old touch up paint???

Hi all,



I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove old touch-up paint on my car. The previous owner did such a horrible job on it, the chip is just a small spec but the touch up paint goes way around it. The paint has been there for years too. Any help would be appreciated!

I got this same problem, except the paint doesn`t match. Probably or maybe get a dremmel out and see what kind of fine sanding I can possibly do, other than that, probably do some very finit wet sanding with rough paper to cut down fast then work my way up in grit count.

I`ve done the wet-sanding to

it takes some patience and some time, but it`s worth it.

if the "old touch-up" don`t match, you`ll need to remove it and re-touch-up.

I used Langka and worked fine. They state that it doesn`t work on the old touch up paint but it removed perfectly on my car. :xyxthumbs
