Apparently, Dawn is variable (sometimes yes, sometimes no) in removing Klasse. Is there any reliable way to remove Klasse getting ready to start over? Thanks

Most polishes and Prepsol will remove Klasse.

I really doubt that Dawn can touch Klasse. If you want to make sure that it`s absolutely gone then use 1:1 solution of alcohol and water.
If you`re just starting over any polish will do or just go with AIO.
