Anyone know if/where you can get a PC 7424 in the UK?

I know I could get one sent from the USA, and use a 110V transformer, but the shipping costs make it uneconomical.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi, chidcp1

and welcome to the board,

I`ll have to dissapoint you here, the PC is only available in The States at 110Volts,

sure you can import, but the 100V-issue remains.

There are allternatives, like:

Welcome to Autopia

Porter Cable do have retailers in the UK but they are very very expensive (around 300 GB Pounds). Cvcaelen is correct, there are alternatives that are worth looking at.

I did order a PC from the USA, from memory it cost about 130 pounds (I can get the exact price if you wish) plus another 40 or so for a transformer.

Nice to see some more Brits here :up
