Of all the products to select from to stock an arsenal of vehicle detailing essentials, which are the most necessary to give as a gift for an owner of a brand new Platinum GreyDodge pick up truck. FYI The truck has an insert bed liner, black tarp-like bed cover, and black side rail steps.

I thought about this for a minute. It would be great to get a Klasse kit or some P21S or something like that, but that is secondary. If I were to give someone a gift that I knew would help prevent them from totally screwing up their truck then it would be a nice waffle weave towel and some microfiber towels for waxing. I think that if they can start preventing their swirls by just changing how they dry their vehicle and how they buff wax and polishes off then it would be a great thing.

Applying high quality products is only secondary to the tools you use to apply them with. I wish they would make a kit that included some good applciators, a few MF towels and a waffle weave towel. We know that you can get your car to look good no matter what you use. The towels you use to dry your car and remove the polishes are another story. If you wax your car with wash rags and dry it with bath towels then it doesn` t matter what you are using to make it shiney. That`s just my suggestion though. :xyxthumbs

This was the first thing I thought of! I figure what good would a fancy boutique wax be if they`re buffing it off with cheap rags or those "1000000 towels for $1 specials".

If I were to put together a nice package for a friend, I`d include:

-MF towels and waffleweave

-Mothers Clay kit (includes QD and decent wax)

-foam wax apps

-cotton chenille or sheepskin washmitt

-a few select pages printed out of the ebook :D

If I had to pick any one of those though, I`d go with the MF products because they`re the least well known and least commonly available to Joe Average.
