Do you guys use warm or cold water to wash microfiber towels? Does it matter?

I wash my towels in warm water with liquid laundry soap. I run an extra rinse cycle. I toss them in my dryer on the delicate cycle for a few minutes, then let theslightly damp towels air dry.

There have been quite a few threads on this topic. Try doing a search.

I wash mine in warm or hot by touch tap water with liquid laundry detergent. Usually hand wash mine over the sink unless I have a stack of them to wash...:xyxthumbs

Just don`t dry in the machine with fabric softeners! Or with other stuff for that matter.

I had one of my towels slip into another load somehow. Full of white lint now.

what about using dawn as the soap rather than a liquid detergent?
