Do these two do the same thing. Is it dumb to use both of them. Will the PPCL remove the AIO? How long would AIO last if topped with p21s wax.

No, they are different. Think of AIO as a cleaner wax except it`s a sealant. It`s All In One - polishes lightly and protects. PPCL is a mild paint cleaner (polish) that doesn`t protect, and it will remove AIO. Switch this order around if you want to use both.
