Does anyone know that water restriction in NJ still going on? I wanna know for Morris county and Hudson county. Everytime I wash my car at friend`s house, her parent told me not to use the water hose because of the water restriction. Didn`t it end by the end of summer? I checked the some website for this water restriction in Dec, it still showed the Red DANGER warning sign.

I just want to make sure about this. I`m tired of washing my car with spring water:cool:

With all the rain and snow we`ve gotten in the last 2 months I can`t imagine why, but yes, there is still water restrictions in all of NJ. You are allowed to wash your car on the weekends though.

Check out http://www.njdrought.org/

Specifically, http://www.njdrought.org/ao02-25.htm section B, #3.

I believe they just lifted the ban this week.

I just washed and polished both of my cars today, boy did they need it with a trip to Ohio and back you could barely tell the color of the car.
