Ok heres the dealio,

I park my car , when I come back there is this rust colored stuff ( not rust, my car is 2 months old). When I remove this stuff, it leaves a mark. I have tired simple green, Eimann high intensity cleaner, and tried using #9 (actually using it to clean up some swirls the area the mark was in). Can anyone help me out? I can kinda feel the mark with my finger too.

Look for the worm-like mark!

Are you referring to the dark, worm-like mark or the white stuff?

Have you tried claying? then follow up with a cleaner like DACP or 3M Med Oxidation Remover?

I will try claying again. Where can I get the 3m stuff or DACP online?

DACP right from the source (http://www.meguiars.com/product_showroom/singleproduct.cfm?code=m-8332). And if you order, it`s the perfect time to pick up foam apps or tire apps or PC pads since the shipping won`t be much more. Don`t know about where to get 3M Med. Ox. Remover online, but CMA (http://www.properautocare.com/polish.html) has a fair amount of 3M stuff like the Perfect-It.

Ther are many places on-line to get them. www.properautocare.com has some of the products, and Sherwin Williams (http://www.sherwin-automotive.com/products/) has a lot. I pick up a bunch of Meg products at my local Sherwin Automotive store.

Hi Kenny,

Is it warm in your area?

That`s most likely bee dung. Yellow jacks.

Nasty stuff. It`s like the floor eating acid in the movie Alien.

It leaves a nice etch if you don`t get it right away.

It seems to act like egg yolk and melts into the paintwork.

I know I have a couple on my hood.

Bad news - I don`t think anything can fix it.

Good news - The blemish diminishes over time.

I found out what the red stuff is, hot metal fallout from airplanes. It is really hot marks the paint. I really hope DACP can get rid of it
